Recently we learned that both Flipyard Shipyard (aka Spaceship Ping) and Faberge Chickens were accepted to Publisher/Designer Speed Dating for GenCon. We are truly honored to be included in such an amazing pool of games, especially given the high level of competition this year! Both games will be featured on Friday night of the event.
All three of our projects, the two mentioned above and Goblin Toboggan, will have their time in the First Exposure Playtest Hall (see the schedule below for details). Double Exposure runs an awesome playtest hall and we are really excited to participate again this year.
In addition to those events we have been working on spreading the word about our designs to publishers. We have been thrilled by the response thus far and have a few meetings scheduled for our time in Indianapolis. So far our progress has exceed our expectations and we are pumped for the Con.

While working up promotional materials, sell sheets, prototypes, polishing rule books and so on we also obtained a new Guilderland Games logo. An extra special thanks to Ben King, a talented graphic designer who also happens to be a gamer and our cousin. He was most gracious in taking on the project and we are really happy with the end result, which is featured atop our website, on our sell sheets and on our new business cards. |
